"Coat of Arms" is part of a series of recent hand printed etchings and lithographs that are influenced by dreams and random thoughts, stitched together in an ethereal portrait of sorts. This particular bird-with-arms flies or rests in a weightless moment, hands replacing feathers as if the momentum of their tasks are enough to keep it afloat. I do like the fact that this little guy has earned the "wings" on his lapel...
